Responsible to enhance the overall Resident dining experience through the provision of exceptional

oversight and training to waitstaff employees and service standards of all menu offerings

through multiple dining venues.  This is to be handled in The Sterling Touch professional,

friendly, courteous, helpful and timely manner, resulting in a very high level of satisfaction for

Residents and their guests. You will work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Facets, and all other Grand Living service departments to create an environment of well-being across all facets of the residents lives in keeping with the global FACETs philosophy.  Position is under the general guidance of the Executive Director with a strong working relationship with the National Director of Culinary Operations in accordance with Community standards, processes, procedures and practices.
